Original Consultation
This Consultation is for purposes of preliminary case assessment. A comprehensive review of the incident will be conducted, including review of a reasonable amount of material (i.e. police reports, witnesses statements, relevant documents, etc.) examination of the collision scene and any research to complete the preliminary assessment. A one time fee of $500.00 will be charged for this work.

Case Review and Preparation
Activities associated with these services include ongoing case review, research and deposition/trial preparation. Included in this category are witness interviews, site surveys and photography, client meeting, production of exhibits and models, and documentation. An hourly fee of $200.00 will be charged for these activities. The client may seem fit to limit the number of hours worked on the case. However, this shall be agreed upon in advance.

Case Presentation
Case presentation consists of appearances for the deposition and hearings other than court appearances. Time spent at the depostion of the hearing site will be charged at the rate of $250.00 an hour.

Court Appearances
Time spent at court appearances will be charged at the rate of $250.00 per hour, with a four hour minimum. An additional four hour charge will be billed for any time exceeding the first four hours incurred on the same day.

Travel
Travel related expenses, including transportation and lodging will be billed at cost. Copies of such expenses will be provided upon request. Travel days and non activity stays away from the normal base of operations will be billed at the rate of $500.00 per day. Travel time on days involving other client related activities will be charged at the rate of $125.00 an hour.

Retainer and Billing
A non refundable retainer of $1000.00 will be charged with all work being deducted from this retainer. Billing shall be monthly. There will be a $500.00 designation fee paid prior to designation.
